An original and stimulating evening that addresses our need for intimacy and communication in an alienated world. The need to be liked, to be loved, and having to cope with reality become a source of inspiration for surprising movement. Accompanied by David Bowie’s songs, two men play a game whose rules are set from one moment to the next and in which they endeavor to free themselves from old habits and escape into fantasy.
From the press:
“Fascinating, exciting and surprising evening, which takes the art of dance one step forward…the original movement breaks out of charismatic performers…With exceptional talent Berg and Graf create unique characters that are very easy to identify with… against all odds the men manage to experience love and fragments of truth in the mechanical, alienated world in which they exist…an amazing example for unlimited nuances and variety of expressions that create emotional tension as if it was a written play…”
Michal Ba’adani, Achbar Ha’ir
“These are remarkable young artists…exploring, through strong, dramatic movement, playful humor and vigorous moves…” Jennifer Noyer, Albuquerque Journal
“Amazingly, Graf and Berg are able to show new facets of the relationship for an entire hour…”
George Jackson, Danceviewtimes
